Changzhou Tonghui Electronic Co. Ltd. was founded in 1994. It is a provincial high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, manufacturing and marketing. It is located in the National Development Zone – Changzhou Hi-tech Industry Development Zone with superior geographical position and beautiful natural environment. Covering a land area of 38000 m2 with construction area of 3000 m2. The company has more than 200 employees. More than 75% have college education or above. R&D personnel takes up more than 25% of total employees, and annual R&D investment exceeds 10% of company’s annual revenue.

For the past more than 20 years, Tonghui has been devoting itself to the research and development of electronic measurement instruments. Bearing the faith of technology first, we are struggling to promote the development of domestic measurement instruments and minimize the distance with the world advanced instruments. The company establishes “Changzhou electronic component measuring instrument engineering research center”, which has undertaken the ministry/province/city/district science and technology project for many times, and won the provincial/city science and technology progress award for many times. As a result of years of effort, Tonghui has grown to be a well-known brand in electronic instrument industry.

Now we have developed the following products: Electronic component parameter test instrument, Winding component test instrument, Cable harness test instrument, Electrical safety test instrument, Resistance test instrument, Power electronic testing instrument, Data acquisition/recorder, Digit multimeter, and other instruments, as well as accessories and software products. Tonghui insists to provide users with creative solutions for more efficient measurement and higher product quality. Tonghui has a mature quality control system and strong product manufacturing and quality assurance team, to ensure that the products delivered to customers can meet the unified quality standards.
